I'm the co-founder and CEO of Nesso. Before this, I spent nine years at SimplePractice — its first employee, and later its COO and Chief Product Officer — building tools therapists use every day. In all my time building software for therapists, I've consistently heard the same thing over and over: nothing prepares you for the business side of private practice. That never sat right with me.
We can't change what grad school teaches. But we can make the business side of a practice easier to learn and manage. So my co-founder Will Morales and I are building something new: Nesso — Notes & EHR.
Nesso Notes is available today — a quick dictation becomes a finished note, clients never get recorded, and the note backlog stops following you around.
Next up is the full Nesso EHR: a simple, distraction-free workspace where you can always find your next-most-important task, and you never have to go digging for information.
We're self-funding Nesso — no venture capital — so we stay accountable to you, the independent therapist.
